Corporate International Magazine, specializing in legal issues, named P+P the "Best Law Firm in Germany for M&A Legal work 2009" for its excellence and comprising M&A competence. A research team has been researching thousands of law firms across the globe, sourcing the very best law firms. The six firms that were nominated were then evaluated further by an expert panel to decide on the most deserving winner of the award. In addition to professional competence, another key criterion was how the firm had coped with the adverse conditions of the past year and demonstrated excellence to its clients.
